Rescheduling Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, all coaching services, consultations and sessions are pre-booked, paid for in advance, and non-refundable.
We understand scheduling conflicts or other unforeseen circumstances may arise which will make attendance impossible, so we have created this policy:
- In the event that you need to reschedule either your consultation or your session, please email us prior to your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to help you do this.
- While consultations and sessions are not refundable; they are transferable. If you are unable/choose not to reschedule your consultation or session, your payment (in the form of session time) may be transferred to someone else of your choosing, or refunded in the form of a gift card to be applied to a future consultation or session.
- If you are late to your session, you agree to forfeit the cost of the equivalent session time that was missed.
- As coaches, we view each consultation and session you book with us as a strict priority. In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances prevent a coach’s attendance, we retain the right to reschedule your appointment and will notify you as soon as possible of these changes. Further action will be deemed on a case by case basis.
